Shipping Options:
We offer UPS Ground shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. ( Please check delivery options available at the checkout page )
Faster delivery options are available for an additional cost at the checkout page, details can be found below. It’s important to note that delivery times, even for expedited options, are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information:
Our system will generate a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Please note that the UPS system may take up to 72 business hours to update the delivery date, and we have no control over the package once it is in UPS possession. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the delivery date.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on the delivery date, please enter the provided tracking number at UPS.com. This will give you real-time updates on the status and expected delivery date of your package.

Quicker Shipping Inquiry:
Question: Is the option for 2nd day or overnight shipping available?
Answer: We offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. However, orders can only be dispatched through the expedited option after the completion of shipping and handling processes. For instance, if you placed an order on the 1st and expect it to ship on the 2nd, it’s not possible. Your order needs confirmation, cutting, packaging, and scheduling for UPS pickup, which may take 3-5 business days to prepare for expedited shipping. Once your order is ready, picked up by UPS, and scanned, the expedited shipping delivery times you selected and paid for will take effect.
Standard Delivery Times:
The standard delivery times are 5-7 days via UPS ground. Question: My Paint Protection Kit kit was shipped via UPS Ground with a 5-7 days delivery time, but it’s running late.
Answer: UPS may occasionally experience delays; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Delivery Delayed:
Question: The delivery date was provided, but the delivery didn’t arrive on time.
Answer: UPS likely couldn’t deliver the package on the provided date due to various reasons. Please check your tracking for an updated delivery date, and contact UPS for more information.
Undetermined Delivery Date:
Question: The estimated delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
Answer: UPS doesn’t have a delivery date at the moment. It will be updated after the next destination scan or when the package reaches your city.
Signature Requirement:
Question: My order was shipped with a required signature, but I can’t be home to receive it.
Answer: Please call UPS to arrange for holding the package at a local UPS pickup location for your pickup. Alternatively, you can request redelivery. If no action is taken before the package is sent back, it can be re-shipped at an additional fee.
Shipping Insurance:
Question: Why is shipping insurance a requirement?
Answer: Shipping insurance is necessary as, once the package is with UPS, any damage or loss is beyond our control. We purchase shipping insurance on your behalf to facilitate filing claims with an insurance company in case of damage or loss. Claims may take up to 2+ weeks, requiring pictures, police report and following email instructions.
Lost Package:
Question: The tracking information indicates that my package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Answer: In the event that your package has not been delivered or is lost, kindly submit a police report. We need a police report to initiate a claim for a missing, stolen, or lost package.
Note: All items are dispatched with a signature requirement. Before reporting a lost or missing package, please inquire with your neighbors, as packages may occasionally be left with them or delivered to the wrong address nearby.
Shipping to Forwarders:
Question: Can I checkout using shipping freight forwarders?
Answer: Currently, we do not permit shipments using freight forwarders. We only ship directly to home/business addresses. No 3rd party shipping forwarders are allowed, and orders with such requests will be automatically refunded. The shipping and billing address must match the credit card’s billing address.
